Unable to link Figma designs - 'Design not found' error
Every time I link a Figma link get a 'Design not found' error - 'Design could not be linked because it was not found in Figma. Please check the URL and try again.'
- I have full access
- Jira is a connected app on my Figma account
- I have revoked access, re-added and re-authenticated the Jira app
- I have correct permissions and am able to add other links and linked work items
- I'm not using any other Figma account
- Clearing cookies and cache doesn't help
- Changing browsers doesn't help
- It's happening with all Figma files
I raised a bug ticket with Figma and they said the error is coming from Jira - 'Figma is successfully receiving the requests, but the error appears to be coming from the Jira side. Our Engineering Team found the Unrecognised audience logs are on Atlassian's side.'
Any ideas? This has been happening for a few months now and would appreciate it getting fixed!
