Can't close issues in JIRA.

Dear JIRA-team,

I can't mark my incidents / issues as done. My colleagues gave me all the rights they got but I only see the following options.

Edit Note Assign Progress Start On Hold Administrator

We did remove all my permissions and added them again, but that wasn't the solution.

Anyone can help me with this issue? Thanks.

Hi,

If you are missing the function perform transition to close/resolve issues:

Jira comes with a handy Permission helper for administrators that can help them troubleshoot.  Read about the permissions helper here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/using-the-permission-helper-868982879.html

If everything looks ok regarding the permissions with the project/issue, maybe there are added some conditions on the transition to Done status in the workflow you are working with that overrides the permission scheme?

What do you mean by Mark incidents as Done? Could you attach a screenshot?

Do you mean that you do not have the Done button among these buttons? If so, then it means that there is not transition from the NOG DOEN status to the Done status. You should modify the workflow.
