We're getting this error message but our CEO and 2 other team members can access our JIRA board but the rest of the company cannot.

@Wendell Guidoriagao as there is not much we can troubleshoot here I've tagged it for an Atlassian engineer to take a look at your question in case you cannot create a support ticket yourself.
