The JIRA requires me to input the verification code that has been sent to my email. However, after waiting for a long time, I did not receive the verification code in my email. How can I fix this problem?

First and foremost you should be able to go to my.atlassian.com and see all the sites tied to your account.
However, I do not see any newly created account connected to your current e-mail address, and to investigate this further, we will need to collect additional personally identifiable information not suited to post in this public forum.
So for follow up please follow the instructions to contact our customer advocates team by logging into your Atlassian account and going to:

Assuming that you checked your Spam and couldn't find any email with the code.
Is the email being sent to the right email? Did you double check the spelling or any extra space that could be behind the problem?

Yes, the email is being sent to the correct address, and the spelling is correct. Additionally, I can't find any email with the code in my Spam folder. Finally, could you help check whether my email has been ban due to my email list into Atlassian's suppression list? If so, please help remove my email from the suppression list. Thanks.
