Can a screen be edited with "Labels"

Is is possible, or recommended, to add a space or divider onto a screen or add something akin to a section label onto a screen.

After watching "Black Belt Tips for JIRA Software" I really am leery about modifying anything because I now see JIRA is a minefield of unseen connections that should not be messed with.

You could inject a "message field" with little or no content, if you have the Jira Toolkit installed.
