I am heavy user in my organisation for TEMPO Time sheet. I take care of around 200 people time sheet which is filled in Tempo Time sheet. I want to know if there is a way in JIRA Tempo in which I can schedule a reminder for them to fill in the timesheet. I work for Mckesson. I tried to reach out to Jira team in my organisation and as per them
The Scheduler/Reminder feature in Tempo is global and cannot be set for specific teams. The feature is currently disabled in JIRA and if enabled and configured, every user in Tempo would receive a weekly e-mail whether they were missing time or not.
I enabled the feature in our TEST JIRA, created a reminder and listed the users that would be sent the e-mail and thousands of users were listed.
Unfortunately, this option is not the solution I am looking for as I want to coustomise it for my team.
