Can I skip the free trial and pay for the subscription right away?

I'd like to skip the free trial period for the standard plan as Jira doesn't allow public access links during the free trial period. Can you please instruct me on how to do so?

You at least need to be a billing or the organziation admin.

• Go to admin.atlassian.com
• Choose your org
• Click on Billing and find Confluence
• Click on manage and then change plan and choose your desired plan

this does not answer my question as it only allows me to to change to a premium free trial or downgrade to a free account. 

The question is: "how do I skip the 14-day free trial period for the standard plan which I am currently in and start paying right away so I can use public links?"
