Try Released.

It lets you create board and timeline views of your roadmap and customize which fields are visible.

You can share them publically or restrict access to specific email domains or users. We've switched from PowerPoint to Released for most of our stakeholder communication.

I’m happy to answer any questions about how we use it.

Hi @Daniel Cavenagh

Ollie provided some good links but to add on to that, it's not currently possible to view the roadmap without a Jira license.

You could export the plan as a csv file and then clean it up and send it to a stakeholder but you wouldn't have the map view, only data.

Hope that helps.
