×Can I send an email to my jira instance to create or add to a ticket?
For example I have an attachment in an email that I wish to add to an existing ticket.
And sometimes I woudl rather just send an email to my jira to create a ticket, like a question might come in from a client and I wish to just send it to jira and a new ticket be created.

Not for ondemand I dont think. WIth OnDemand, can I still use email to create issues?
