Can I have a "My last 5 assets" Insight object field?

Hi All,

I want to create a custom field that shows the last 5 assets (smartphone, pc, etc.) linked to the reporter of the issue.

Is it possible to do that using Insight?

Hi @Luca Andreatta 

I don't think you can create a filter to get the latest 5 objects that were assigned to someone. It's this kind of filter that you'd need for the custom field configuration using the "automatically assign object" option.

However, if you do find a filter that gets the latest 5 values, then it should be easy using an Insight custom field.

Hi Jorden,

thankfully the list of assets is not so huge, so I can display them without limits.

I've used Insight Readonly Objects field type and configured and used additionally the Filter Assign Scope to something like this:

• ASSIGNEE = currentReporter()
