CSAT Plugin - survey does not get triggered when JQL added to their the automation tab
CSAT Plugin - survey does not get triggered when JQL added to their the automation tab
Wondering if other clients who use CSAT have experienced this recently? We have been using their plug-in all along without any issue - then we upgrade to Jira 8.13.10 and JSD 4.13.10 and we are on their latest version of the CSAT plugin - but still won't trigger the survey to be sent when JQL added to criteria on the automation tab. But as soon as we remove the criteria and leave it blank - the survey will be triggered. We have even tried just basic criteria for the JQL statement - and still nothing.
