Please help.
Problem: When I click "complete sprint" it says there's no completed task even with many completed ones.
I recently discovered that in my workflow config. the column done was not market as a done status, so I already fixed it. But still when I complete the sprint the issues are not recognized as done still.
Consequence: I cannot close the sprint because de issues are all sent to the backlog or new sprint even marked as done. =/
Any help or idea how to solve that?

Hi Gabriel,
Possibly 2 things:
Jira has a cool tool that when subtasks are all transitioned to done with a parent, the parent can be marked done, this may help after you fix the problem you have now.

Hi Gabriel,
Are the issue resolved( Do you see a little check right beside the done status?)?
I will guess it's a yess since issue number look to be crossed.
I've seen an issue once where the reslolution date were outside of the sprint date. If you change the end date for today and try to close it does it resolve the issue?
