Hi everyone!
Could anyone take a look to see if this is something about my browser/cache or some general bug?
When finish my sprint the reports showed no tasks completed at that sprint (even with a lot being done).
All the tasks were sent for the new sprint as it was not completed, even marked as done.
The workflow is configured right with the done phase as a completed status.
Even the tasks sums are showing "zero" for all 3 options.
The log also shows some ambiguity, after a task is completed the completed column doesn't take it into account:

This sounds like your board is misconfigured. I suspect the column "completed" is not the column that tells Jira that an issue is "done". It is not the last (rightmost) column.
You're right.
I created a "cancelled status" and it become the only "true completed" status.
I Have a new problem. But I think it suggests another post. Thanks!

You'll need to make "completed" the last column.
To keep it clean and simple, I would map your "cancelled" status into the last column too, instead of having its own.
"Done" on a board means "the team have nothing else to do with this issue", and that's what both your "complete" and "cancelled" status imply!

I just saw I was confused about the story points sum. That was not the sum of tasks in each status.

Do you need any help with that @gabrielgratival ?

Okay - 1st question are you sure you are adding the story points estimations to the right field "Story Points"? Because this is what JIRA sums up in the fields you show - the story points estimation and completion when the issue itself is done.
