Big Picture for Trello - how to resolve "missing scope context user"?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Been unable to get past a warning to begin to use Big Picture in Trello (Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108, on Mac OSX version 10.11.6).
See image below for warning messages. I'm an admin for the board/s in question, and I am the one who added the Big Picture power up.
Since adding the power up, I have not yet been able to use Big Picture -- only get the warning message.
Any idea how to resolve?
