Better Use of "White/Blank" Space on Board View - Wouldn't It Be Nice?

Wouldn't it be nice if there was an option to have a "BANNER"-type message to share with your team and have an actual use of this area on the Board view (see attached, Yellow Highlighted).  There are MANY times in which I need to convey a message to the team and this area would be a terrific place to do so.  Seems to be a pretty simple solution ... provide an 120 character space for the Banner message, maybe a link to the full message if 120 characters isn't enough???

Let's get it done !
