Automation rule for "issue moved" to any target project

I'm trying to create an automation rule that would trigger when issue is moved from the desired project to any other project. I can choose any source project, however I cannot to change the target project. In my particular case the source project should be JT2 and the target project should be ANY. 
Is there any workaround? How can I track an issue that's moved from the source project to any other one?

For anyone still looking to do this, there is now a much better way than a webook: use the "field value changed" trigger and select "Atlassian Project" as the field value for the trigger
