Automation rule for issue templates

Hello! 

I have a Company Managed project and I am trying to set an automation rule to create pre-filled templates (in the description field) for the Epics and Stories. 

This is the rule I have created, that doesn't work because I bet I forgot something. 

Any suggestion?

Hi @Sari ,

Do you want the description of parent EPIC to be adjusted when a Story is created?

Or do you want the description of the Story itself to be adjusted?

With the rule that shows you adjust the description of parent EPIC.

Hi @Marco Brundel , I would like to have 2 separate descriptions: one for the epics and one for the stories. 

Not sure if I can combine the 2 things in 1 rule only, or If I need to create 2 separate rules (one for the epics and one for the stories).
