In my automation rule, I set an action to "send slack message" as below.
Alert: The ticket <{{issue.url}}|{{issue.key}}> (assignee: <@{{issue.assignee.displayName}}>) remains unresolved.
However, the result displays the assignee as plain text (as shown in the image). Is there any way to properly tag the assignee in Slack so that they receive an alert?
