Automation rule : Error while creating same issue from JSM project to JS project

Getting this error while using Automation to create a same issue from JSM to JS project

My first guess would be that the issue type that triggered this rule does not exist in the one 2 one project. Is that possible? As a test can you change your rule to create a specific issue type in the one 2 one project that you know exists for example task?
