Automation for Previous Assignee

Dear Support,

I am trying to create an automation rule in my team's project that will add the previous Assignee to a new field named PreviousAssignee. Sepcifically,

1.I created a new customized field named PreviousAssignee (for users)

2.I created a new rule for our project named PreviousOwner

3. I set the condition when Assignee value changes

4. Now I need to get the Assignee's previous value and add it to the new field .

@Margarita_Papadaki what is the field type of The previous assignee?

• If it is a text type then use {{changelog.assignee.fromString}}
• If it is user picker then use {{changelog.assignee.from}}
