Automation - Sending a panel automatically vía email

I have a panel where i control the metrics of some projects. The CTO of my organization wants to receive that panel printed vía email at the start of each month. 

I want to know how to create that automation.

By "panel" do you mean a Dashboard?

If so, Jira does not have a method natively to export those items for attachment to emails.

There are third party apps that would enable you to export a Dashboard as a PDF, but that can't currently be incorporated into an Automation Rule (refer to this post).
