Hi all,

I created a legacy automation:

But I didnt receive any alert if I change the priority from low, which is our current default, to highest.

Anything else I have to check, to get this alert running?

Hi @Susann Petzold ,

Your rule says "Issue created". So automation will only work when you create a ticket with Highest/high.

Add one more automation with "Issue updated". This should solve your problem

Hi @Susann Petzold

Why Legacy?

You can check, whether the user has access to the issue when sending the notification.

Better yet - Create Automation rule with new Automation for Jira feature!!

Thanks
