After hitting ENTER the entire screen goes blank white.

Hi Community!

Recently I am having a lot of trouble with the Jira UI.  When editing a comment if I hit ENTER instead of going to the next line my entire screen goes blank white.  This also happens if I enter a users name with "@" then hit enter.

Gosh...I have a 45 sec of me showing the issue but it will not let me add it to this ticket.  :(

Has anyone seen this?  It is VERY annoying!!!

Did you try to do this in a different supported browser?

The supported browsers for Atlassian cloud products are:

Desktop

Microsoft(1) Edge	Latest stable version supported

Safari (Mac)	Latest stable version on latest OS release supported

Mobile

Notes

1. Internet Explorer 11 is no longer supported. See our Community post for more details.
2. Chrome doesn't have WEBDAV / plugin support. See CONF-23322 for more information.
3. Confluence only supports editing using the Confluence Cloud app on iOS devices. See CONF-19523 for more information.
4. Confluence only supports editing using the Confluence Cloud app on Android devices.

I also suggest you open the developer console on one of the browsers and see whether something is throwing an error or if the network analyzer shows any blocked connections.
