Good day to everyone,
Our small team faced with an issue to manage our site due to Administer Jira (global admin) moved out. No convenience to ask him support us and act somehow to replace global admin to new person.
We are unable to log in as admins even to fill payment details and so on.
We are considering an option to create brand new site and do export/import of all datas (JIRA Service + JIRA Software project).
Please help us with the solution.

However the point is about replacement of ex-admin (Global), hopefully they will help me soon.
