Add existing customer users to an organization

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi,

I created a SD and invited a bunch of customers. 

Later I created an organization but I can't pull them into it. 

The only option I see is inviting them again to the SD but I don't want them to received another email.

 

Any idea of how I can add those customers to the organization?

Welcome to the community!

From what I have read it does not send a notification, even if it tells you that it will.

If I were you I'd test this out for yourself before doing it with live customers.

Hi @Alberto Rodero Orts 

Like @Liam Green mentioned, when a user is added to an organization there is no event firing to say a user has been added to an organization and his suggestion of testing it with your account is one I also agree with.
