Add a field in cascade custom field

Hi All,

I want to use Custom Cascading Field to call another field.

Exact Requirement:- If I add Customer Field as "Partner" I want Organization field to appear when I select the Partner Name.

Actually, when I select Custom Field as Cascade, It asks me to define Partner Name and in that all the Organization, So, in short, I will have 2 Fields with the same Purpose.

Cascading Field should call the Organization field.
