About SLA Start- Pause - Stop Options

Hi,

I need  SLA Start - Pause - Stop option as Custom Field. Not status, Assignee or Date field. 

Is it possible any workaround solution? 

In marketplace  - there are some plugins but they don't have the options.

Unfortunately, It seems there no plugin which would implement custom field in the SLAs conditions, however, we have a feature request opened to implement it on JIRA:

Ability to have condition to start, pause and stop SLA based on custom field value
