I think this coulod be a question of general interest. One of our customer potentially interested in Insight asked me whether insights network discovery functionality includes a licence / serial number crawler.

However, Insight Discovery comes with a pattern strategy and you can basically get any info you want if you change the patterns accordingly to your requirements.
