I need to add two emails with my single Jira Service Management project, and I am on Cloud Jira.
Can you confirm if the ability to add multiple email channels has been released and is in production?
In the meantime (cause getting that suggestion implemented could take years) you could look at a marketplace app.
i'm fond of using "Email This Issue" which pretty much takes over the incoming and outgoing email functionality and does offer a lot more flexibility.

Hi @Dirk Ronsmans
My name is Alex; I'm a support colleague at Meta-Inf, the vendor of Email This Issue.
Thank you for mentioning our product, just wanted to confirm that yes, our application
is capable of handling more than one incoming mail connections within a mail handler.
This means that @Ahmar Mahmood could easily link more than one email addresses to a certain product for creating new issues/adding emails as comments, and much more.
Our documentation could prove useful if you're looking for more information, I've linked it here.
I hope this helps, feel free to open a support request with us if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Alex
