AI for Virttual agents

A go ahead has been given for AI to be used on my instance. What is it I need to do to confirm I am using AI in my Instance and also, how do I enable virtual agents?

All Checked and confirmed, just need to commence building the process, Workflow, Intent and responses. Will be fun.

As @Bibek_ikuTeam_ suggested check if Atlassian Intelligence is enabled on JSM product

Then you can navigate to specific JSM project
