A customer has submitted a ticket under 'New Feature' How do I edit this to 'Support'?

The only option available is to change it to 'Bug' - there is no Support option.  Other tickets for Support that need to be changed to New Feature etc are ok to do that way round?

If there is no "support" option when editing the issue, then there are two possibilities.

• The issue type is not used by the project - you'll need to add it to the issue type scheme
• The issue type is configured in a way that is incompatible with the current type - you'll need to use "move" to change the issue type
