Where does Big Picture store the data? 

Does 3rd party add-ons have access to the the project data?

In the active object tables in Jira.  Add-ons have full access to Jira project data (they'd be pointless without it), but to get to the data for another add-on, an add-on would have to explicitly code to read the other one.

Hello,

If you are on server:

You can go to coq item -> System -> Plugin Data Storage. You will see there all tables, which are used by the Big Picture Plugin. These tables are in the Jira Database.

If you are on Cloud, then tables are stored in the database of the vendor. You can not access them.

For Server and Cloud:

3-d party add-on can access project data
