2 domains for JIRA and Service Desk

I want to run service desk on my existing JIRA, however I'd like my JIRA to run on my existing domain jira.mydomain.com and support customers to manage tickets etc from support.mydomain.com how can I make this possible?

JIRA runs on a single "base url", so this won't work.

The best you can do is throw up a website with redirects that take people to the right place, but they will still end up on the base-url.
