Share your company's custom onboarding experience for a chance to be one of five winners awarded up to $2,200 each. We'll also be featuring select submissions on our Admin Hub as inspiration for other Jira fans.

Here's everything you need to know ⤵️

Submissions will be accepted between Start/End Dates below: 

• Begins at 9:00 AM PT February 26, 2026 
• Ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 26, 2026

Five (5) Grand Prizes:

• Electronic gift card
• "Base prize" of $200 will be awardedto each winner
• If a winner meets the additional requirements below, they will
  receive an additional “bonus prize” of $2,000

Submission guidelines:

To qualify for the "base prize", submit a post/article within the Jira Cloud Admins Community group about your Jira custom onboarding experience that includes:

• the tag custom-onboarding-contest-submission (as an example, you'll see this tag being utilized in the right sidebar of this post underneath "tags.")
• entrant’s full name, job title, work location (city and country), and company
  name
• at least one screenshot or video of the custom onboarding experience in Jira,
  which has been configured as follows:
  • be personalized to the entrant's organization
  • have at least one step in the onboarding flow
  • have at least one link added under "useful links"
  • have an uploaded background image and/or an embedded video

To qualify for the "bonus prize":

• Winner’s post must include a Loom video in which the entrant demos their
  custom onboarding experience in Jira
• Winner’s custom onboarding experience in Jira must contain at least one
  embedded Loom video
• Winner must submit a quote in Deeto (using an account with the same e-
  mail address) mentioning how they use Jira's custom onboarding feature and
  Loom together
