I couldnot find a way to hide the help '?' button by default and directly open the service desk widget using some external button (some button in application)
Is there way to achieve this currently ?
This customization is usefull if users dont want to see the default help '?' in bottom right always in application, as this button hides some information or overrides the chat icon etc.
Please let me know if there is a work around to achieve this or if there is a out of box solution to handle this.
