Please share information where I can get info how to open a new site (portal) for our organization

Hi, dear community!

We are planning to migrate cloud to cloud JSM from one organization to another organization JSM (I'm Jira admin on both).

We would need to open a new site - portal for the migrated projects as we have different security settings for the customers  in the organization portals.

Where can I read find most info on creating a site within organization, will we me seeing same products on it etc, what will be missing in comparison to the original site?

Hi @Vera Valshonok 

To have a new site in the same organisation, you require an enterprise Cloud subscription.

Hi @Vera Valshonok - As I understand, you want to migrate your existing JSM Cloud projects to a new Cloud site and in the new instance you wish to have new security settings for clients and agents which is different from the existing one. Is that correct ?

Correct. I'm trying to find info how can I create a separate site within the same organizations and where can I read what, in this case, will we have on this new separate site only for migrated projects and what can be missing that we might need.
