Can I change the email an automation sends from?

Hello,

I have automations configured to send emails for various reasons. I would like this email to come from our service desk email address. The current setting is automation@mysite.atlassian. This causes the email to appear as external. I already have our service desk email configured as a custom email and it's working to receive emails.

Hello @Kurtis

It seems like changing "from mail" is not an option for jira cloud. You can look at this old tickets
