How can I change the FROM field in automation email

I want to change the FROM field but it's grayed out.

I want to use the default service desk email address.

Hi Bianca,

the from address would be based on your specific instance, e.g. jira@acme.atlassian.net and it is not configurable.

i want if someone reply receive the mail in the ticket

Ah ok. so since this is an automation action please review this previous post (from the days when A4J was an independent addon) to see if you can make the "reply to" work for you.
