My company uses the support ticket widget to allow our user base to submit issues. Its great we can edit the questions and field names etc.
The problem is, we cannot edit/update the "Your contact e-mail" field. Why??
I need this to say 'Your Business Email" or something like this. This is a clear example of if you aren't crystal clear, your users will get it wrong. they often put in their personal email, non-related to the account, which ends up being a big issue. or, even worse, across multiple tickets they use different personal emails.
This gives our support agents much confusion on which account to service, all because we cannot edit this field. Does anyone know where i can edit this; hopefully I am just overlooking it?

I would try to combine both the answers here.
Currently, it's not possible to edit the fields of the widget. The fields How can we help?, Contact us about, Powered by JIRA Service Desk, Your contact e-mail, and Send button can't be changed. We are tracking few requests for enhancement here - JSDCLOUD-9488 and JSDCLOUD-13887 but there are not many customers looking for it. Please go ahead and leave your thoughts directly on those feature requests and/or vote for the same for product teams visibility and add yourself as watcher.
