Jira Product Discovery

 Currently if i add a description to a field this is only visible in the view.  Can i also see this description (maybe with an info icon or hover option for each field also?)

Using Product Discovery, and I am unable to use the automation to create an idea.  Attached is the screen shot, it keeps saying pick a valid project when I try to create an "idea".
