I keep getting a constant stream of emails about any changes other admin users make. I attempted to change the email notification settings, to no avail. Does this have to do with watching pages?

I want to find a word in my confluence page, lets say the word is "Gated" , and bulk format it to make the word Bold and in a particular color. Example - "Gated" . Is there a way to do this ?
