We are having problems with the "AMEC" space.
When our client attaches files in technical information of the service, it not saved in the page.
Can you see this problem as it is very urgent?

We are end users, we have no access to your Confluence or your spaces.
Could you look at the log files to see what Confluence is doing when they try to attach files? Also describe the problem in detail - do they get errors? Warnings? Does the file go through an upload spinner?
