You need to incorporate arrows for the issues linked to confluence Whiteboards.

The arrows can already be included but from the board you cannot relate the ISSUES to be reflected in Jira Cloud and viceversa.

Hi,

Based on my experience, you can manually link issues within a whiteboard and have those links reflected in Jira. However, you cannot visualize existing issue relationships in the whiteboard if they were already created in Jira.
This limitation could potentially be explored through automation.

From Whiteboard to Jira:

How to Link Jira Issues via Whiteboard Arrows

  1. Add Jira issues to your whiteboard (import, paste links, or convert sticky notes)
  2. Connect them with a line (draw an arrow/connector between two Jira issue cards)
  3. Select the line  click the Link issues button on the floating toolbar
  4. Choose the link type (e.g., "blocked by", "relates to", "depends on")
  5. Reverse direction if needed using the Reverse icon
  6. Click Link

regards

Laura
