First up, in case you missed all of the accouchements on various social media platforms. Atlassian announced it’s partnership with F1 Williams Racing. If you are an F1 fan, you will enjoy seeing the Atlassian logos all over one of you favorite pass times. For the rest of us, I’m still curious about what we can expect to see in the coming year(s).

Next, Confluence is getting a new way to create Jira tickets. You can now create one or multiple Jira tickets from rows within a table. Sound neat? I thought so too. Be sure to checkout the entire walkthrough in this article.

Next, JSM is adding AI Suggestions to provide agents with additional information to take more effective action. Additionally, if you would like to help refine the suggestions feature, you may want to join the Lighthouse program to work closely with Atlassian’s product team.
