@mkramar - You probably can't see it because you do not have the work on issues permission. Compare the permissions between you and another user has can see them.

@mkramar - If you are a project admin, you can look at the permission scheme. If you are a jira admin, you can update the scheme as needed. If you are neither, please check consult with your company's admin.
You also may want to check with the project admin what roles are your teammates added as on the project and place you in the same role to fix the issue.
