Approximate ETA for sub-tasks in next-gen boards?

The next-gen boards seem like a perfect fit for me and my team, but we can't really use them without support for sub-tasks.

I notice that sub-tasks are next up on the roadmap, but can we get an approximate timeframe for when they'll be available? Are we talking weeks or months?

how can we write a new post-function? is there a plugin to download letting to write a script or things like that ?

If you write a custom post function to read the user's property when the issue is created, you could put that data in the issue. You could also write a custom field that indexes the user's property.
