Missing Next-Gen issues in Scrum Board

I have created a Scrum Board from a JQL that returns issues from three projects. One of these projects is a Next-Gen project. 

The problem is that all the issues that are assigned to an EPIC and not shown on the Board. The ones with EPIC are shown OK. 

All the issues are returned by the JQL filter. I tried the same thing in a Kanban board and I see all the issues without problems.

How can I see all the tickets that the JQL Filter returns in a Scrum Board

You could do this basically through Automation. I'd suggest looking into the built-in 'keep on top of SLA's' automation rule, which allows you to take different / multiple actions in a scenario that looks very much like the one you are describing:

You can find the automation rules through Project Settings - Automation. Over there, click 'Add rule' and you should find it the above rule listed.

i hv been configured through Automation but it does not worked what i expected.
