In the Issue Links area of a bug, there is information about the kind of link, the summary of the linked issue and the status of the linked issue. Is there a way to add other information like "Fix Version/s" or some custom field information into that area?

If I understand you correctly, you wanted additional information on the linked issue in the Issue Links information that shows in Issue View page.
