Pop-Up Transition Screen for Jira issues

I have been looking for something similar to transition screen pop-ups in Team-managed JIRA.

For instance, When dragging the issue from Transit and drop it to Done, A pop up menu will show for quick change.

How I can get this option?

Team managed projects currently don't support this behaviour. There is a feature request that you can watch/vote for: JSWCLOUD-22084.
