Linking User stories from multiple projects to an Epic in one project in Jira Next Gen

I work on a program level and have 6 teams utilizing Jira Next Gen.  Previously, in Jira classic, i created a "Program Level" project which housed a number of Epics.  These Epics contained User Stories from multiple projects and gave a clear view into the program.  I am unable to do this in Next Gen and am only able to link User Stories from the same project to my Epic.  Is there a better way to gain a Program level view?  or if there is something i can do to produce the same Epic Link i had in Jira Classic?

Hi @James Lewer

I don't believe this is possible right now - but this answer on the Next-Gen Epics thread suggests cross-project capabilities are a future consideration.
